SR柔性填料因其用途廣泛，所以通常也被稱為嵌縫密封膠、GB-CL柔性填料、GB-SR嵌縫膠、彈性膩子密封膠、止水膩子 、SW嵌縫膠等，柔性填料具有優(yōu)良的特性、高塑性、耐熱性、耐寒性、耐老化性，還具有操作簡便，無味，耐水、粘附性能好等特點，且施工投入的人員相對較少，便于加工成型，施工工藝簡單，造價低廉。柔性填料的大特點是具有的變形性和流動性，在水壓力作用下可以流動，擠入縫中起到止水作用，抗?jié)B性能，能對孔隙、縫隙起到封閉止水作用。SR柔性填料還具有良好的黏接性能，與混凝土的黏接強度大于材料自身的拉伸強度，可確保在各種工況下黏接界面不發(fā)生破壞。同時，SR柔性填料還具有優(yōu)良的耐介質(zhì)性，即耐水、耐堿鹽浸泡，對環(huán)境具有很強的適用性，耐凍融循環(huán)，并具有一定的耐寒性和耐高溫性。SR柔性填料可根據(jù)需要加工成各種形狀及斷面尺寸的型材，便于施工。

SR flexible packing also has good performance of uf resin, and concrete strength of uf resin is greater than the tensile strength of the material itself, ensures that under various conditions without destroying the adhesion interface. At the same time, the SR flexible packing also has excellent resistance to medium, namely, water resistance, alkali resistance salt immersion and to the environment has a strong applicability, resistance to freezing and thawing cycle, and has a certain cold resistance and high temperature resistance. The SR flexible packing can be processed into various shapes according to need and section size of profiles, convenient for construction.
SR柔性填料嵌填步驟：
（1）用棉紗將街粘貼SR柔性填料的混凝土甚而擦試一遍，除去表面的浮土和浮水并晾干。
（2）在混凝土表面涂刷道底膠，待完全干透后，涂刷第二道底膠，并干透。
（3）在V型槽底部粘貼一層SR柔性填料，利用材料的黏性將PVC棒固定在縫槽底部。
（4）將SR柔性填料用細(xì)鋼絲切割成2CM左右薄片后，攤鋪在待粘貼SR柔性填料的混凝土表面，用木條或手將材料薄片從V型槽中部向 兩側(cè)粘貼，在混凝土表面形成厚約3-5CM的SR材料找平層。
（5）將SR柔性填料切割成條狀后，堆放在縫槽表面，手工對材料整形至設(shè)計外形尺寸。
（6）SR柔性填料充滿預(yù)留槽并滿足設(shè)計要求的尺寸，SR材料斷面尺寸允許偏差為正負(fù)10mm.
(7)SR柔性填料嵌填完成后，按照混凝土單元劃分進(jìn)行分段，用模具檢查其幾何尺寸是否符合要求，按照每100米取一檢驗段，將SR鼓包切開檢測SR柔性填料與混凝土基面是否黏結(jié)牢固，填料是否充填密實，如存在尺寸不符合要求或者黏結(jié)質(zhì)量較差部分，則應(yīng)返工處理。
