產(chǎn)品特性
·采用抗斷裂的有機(jī)合成纖維構(gòu)成的熱熔法加工而成；遞增結(jié)構(gòu)，利用逐漸加密多層技術(shù)，即往純凈空氣方向的纖維密度逐漸增大，較高過濾效率，可根據(jù)塵埃大小，被阻擋在不同密度的層次，更有效的容納較多的塵埃。
·粘性處理，濾料經(jīng)過充分浸膠，因粘劑完全滲透介質(zhì)而使塵埃粒子無法通過，讓全面過濾的空氣氣流均勻擴(kuò)散，形成層流狀態(tài)，達(dá)到佳的噴涂效果。
·濾網(wǎng)的出風(fēng)面特別致密，還增加了一層方格織網(wǎng)加強(qiáng)定型,這種結(jié)構(gòu)使濾料保持較高的過濾效率和容塵量 ，還可以延長濾料的使用壽命，在使用C-600G和C-560G時(shí)，除了可良好的空氣質(zhì)量外，由于濾料本身阻力相對(duì)較低，因此還節(jié)約系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行成本。
·濾料有全粘性、表面粘性、干性處理可供客戶選擇。
·符合歐洲和美火分類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DlN53438-F1，UL900－class2；
Speciality:

Coherent processing, filtering material to pass through soaks the rubber fully, Fully imgrenated media with adhesive treatment makes dust particles unable to pass; uniform diffusion forms laminar flow to have perfect paint spray finish;
The wind surface of the mesh is specially compact, and also put a fishing net to strengthen it ; this structure make the filtering material keep the high filtering efficiency and large dust holding capacity; even more ,it can extend the working life; When uses C-600G and C-560G, besides can assure the good air quality, because of low resistance of the material, it also saves the systems operation cost.
It is at the customers’ choice that the material have the entire coherency, the surface viscosity, dry processing

用途
用于涂裝工廠、噴漆房、烤漆房等空氣過濾。適用于汽車廠、汽車修理廠、摩托車廠、自行車廠、家電涂裝作業(yè)系統(tǒng).
