保養(yǎng)指南

1、為了安全起見，在進行保養(yǎng)前，所有的保養(yǎng)由合格的機修工來進行。

2、機器放在平整的平面上進行保養(yǎng)。檢查銑刀時要防止機器翻倒。

3、每次操作前用肉眼檢查機器：所有緊固件是否擰緊？是否有零件明顯磨損或開裂？檢查軸承、檢查

個個防護罩是否蓋住，注意軸承加油，本機軸承不能缺油。

4、每次操作前，要檢查皮帶松緊度。新皮帶在運轉(zhuǎn)4小時后應(yīng)該重新調(diào)整松緊度。有斷痕、嚴重磨損的

皮帶應(yīng)立即調(diào)換新的。調(diào)整皮帶松緊度：調(diào)整發(fā)動機安裝底板下的兩根高度調(diào)整螺柱，通過改變電機輸

出軸和銑鼓中心軸的中心距離來控制皮帶的松緊度。保持適當?shù)钠删o度。

5、每次改變銑刀排列時，檢查銑刀軸和軸襯。如果軸上出現(xiàn)磨損的槽，就需要換新的。

Maintenance Guide 1. 

For safety reasons, all maintenance must be performed by a qualified mechanic before 

maintenance is performed. The machine must be maintained on a flat surface. The milling 

cutter must be checked to prevent the machine from tipping over. 3. Visually inspect the 

machine before each operation: Are All fasteners tightened? Are any parts visibly worn or 

cracked? Check the bearings, check whether the guard cover, pay attention to the bearing 

oil, the machine bearing can not be short of oil. Check the tightness of the belt before 

each operation. The new belt should be re-tightened after four hours of operation. The 

belt with broken marks and serious wear should be replaced immediately. ADJUST THE BELT 

TIGHTNESS: adjust the two height adjustment studs under the engine mounting base plate, 

control the belt tightness by changing the central distance between the motor output shaft 

and the milling drum central shaft. Proper belt tightness must be maintained. 5. Every 

time you change the cutter arrangement, check the cutter shaft and bushing. If a worn 

groove appears on the shaft, a new one is needed.
